In a remote forest in West Virginia, a group of young friends embarks on a camping trip but is suddenly attacked by cannibalistic mutants. The sole survivor, Alex, is forced to flee into the woods, witnessing her friends being brutally killed by the terrifying mutant Three Finger.

Meanwhile, a group of dangerous prisoners is being transported through the same area in a secure vehicle. When their transport is ambushed and crashes due to a trap in the forest, the convicts—Carlos, Chavez, Floyd, and others—must find a way to survive. Along with them is Nate, a prison guard, who is forced to cooperate with the criminals despite knowing they might betray him at any moment.

Soon, the group realizes they are not only facing the dangers of the wilderness but also the deadly threat of the mutant killers. Three Finger begins hunting them one by one, using lethal traps to dispatch them in gruesome ways. Meanwhile, Nate and prisoner Brandon—who appears more reasonable than the others—attempt to escape.

As they move deeper into the forest, they discover an abandoned armored truck filled with cash. Chavez, a ruthless criminal, immediately decides to claim the money and is willing to kill anyone who stands in his way. Tension rises among the convicts, causing internal conflicts that make them even more vulnerable to Three Finger’s relentless attacks.

One by one, the group members are killed in horrific ways, leaving only Nate, Alex, and Brandon. The three join forces to fight back against Three Finger, using strategy and traps to outsmart him. Eventually, Nate manages to kill Three Finger by using his own weapon against him. However, just when they believe the nightmare is over, another twist unfolds.

After surviving the ordeal and escaping the forest, Nate returns to retrieve the abandoned cash. However, he is suddenly ambushed by another mutant—Three Toe, the son of Three Finger—who kills him, hinting that the cycle of horror is far from over.

The film highlights the brutal struggle between humans and mutated killers, while also showcasing how greed and betrayal can be just as deadly as the monstrous threats lurking in the woods.
